It’s Cardio –   In just 20 minutes of dance fitness, the average person can burn between 100-150 calories. Results vary by individual, but regardless of the total calories burned, you’re putting in the work and feeling good, and that’s what matters. Some people say that too much cardio isn’t ideal for muscle building and could potentially hinder muscle growth in the long run. However, if you enjoy it, go for it while being mindful of what works best for your body.
